Steve Topley serves as Chief Financial Officer of Lansing Street Advisors, where he leads the firm's accounting operations and brings deep tax and financial reporting experience to the Lansing Street Real Estate Fund and the firm's broader client base.

Steve's career spans public accounting, consulting, and advisory work. He began at Ernst & Young as an auditor, developing a rigorous foundation in financial reporting and assurance. He then joined Centri Business Consulting, advising companies on complex accounting and reporting matters. Most recently, Steve has worked directly with small business owners on strategic financial issues including cash flow management, tax planning, and long-term financial strategy.

At Lansing Street Advisors, Steve applies that experience to deliver accurate accounting, optimized tax strategies, and thoughtful business planning solutions for clients and the firm's investment vehicles.
